| Citigold Client Referral Programme Terms & Conditions |

| 1. |
The Citibank “Client Referral Program 2012” (“MGM”) Program (“Program”) runs from 27th March 2012 and ends on 31 December 2012 (“Program Period”). |
|
|
| 2. |
This Program is governed by the terms and conditions set out below and by participating in this Program, you agree to be bound by them (as modified and varied from time to time) and any decisions of Citibank. |
|
|
| 3. |
Only existing Citibank accountholders with a checking or savings account who
introduce a potential Citibank customer (“Introducer”) in accordance with these
terms and conditions will be eligible to participate in the Program, PROVIDED
that both Introducer and potential Citibank customer introduced must be a
resident in Malaysia. |
|
|
| 4. |
Introducers hereby give their consent to and authorise Citibank to disclose their particulars to third party service providers engaged by Citibank for the purposes of this Program. Citibank warrants that the disclosure of such particulars shall be limited to the Introducers’ name, address and telephone number and shall be used only in relation to and for the purposes of the Program. |

| 5. |
Citibank employees and its Malaysian incorporated affiliates employees are eligible to participate in this Program (except Retail Bank Department sales staff). For the avoidance of doubt, all taxes whatsoever (if any) attributable to the Gifts will be borne by the said employees. |
|
|
| 6. |
For every successful new-to-bank Citigold client referral made by the Introducer, the Introducer will be awarded 4,000 points and for every successful other new-to-bank Citibank client referral with a minimum of RM50,000 deposit or investment, made by the Introducer, the Introducer will be awarded 1,000 point. The points can be accumulated and then be used to redeem vouchers of participating merchants or other gifts as may be determined by Citibank from time to time (“the Gifts”). Example of the value of vouchers that can be redeemed is set out below: |

All voucher redemptions must be made at the Citibank branches only and every time a voucher redemption is made, all the points the Introducer has at the time of redemption, have to be used to do the redemption.
All redemptions of all the Points must be made by 30 April 2013, failing which the Points will cease to be valid and no redemptions can be made.
For all other Gifts, the Gifts will be delivered to the Introducers entitled to receive any Gifts within 30 days from the date of redemption by the Introducer. |

| 7. |
For the avoidance of doubt, |
|
|
| |
| 7.1 |
new-to-bank Citibank clients (whether Citigold clients or otherwise) as mentioned in paragraph 5 above will exclude those Citibank clients (whether Citigold clients or otherwise) who had previously closed their account for not more than 6 months prior to the date that the new-to-bank Citibank clients open their account with Citibank under this Program, whether they are primary account holder or otherwise. |

| 7.2 |
this Program is limited only to new-to-bank Citibank clients who place fresh funds with Citibank and opens the account as a primary account holder. Fresh funds refer to funds that do not originate from any existing account(s) with the Bank (“Fresh Funds”); |

| 7.3 |
new-to-bank Citigold clients means clients who invests a minimum of RM200,000 in any deposit and/or investment products with Citibank. The said Citigold account has to be opened on or before 31 January 2013; |

| 7.4 |
other new-to-bank Citibank clients means clients who invests a minimum of RM50,000 in any deposit and/or investment products with Citibank. The said Citibankaccount has to be opened on or before 31 January 2013; |

|
|
| 8. |
If two (2) Introducers refer the same client, the first Introducer who sends in his/her Client Referral Form to Citibank with the full contact’s details will be entitled to the Points when the new-to-bank Citibank client successfully opens an account. |
|
|
| 9. |
The Introducers must first obtain the consent of the client to disclose particulars of the client namely, the client’s name and contact number to Citibank as Citibank would be contacting them. In this respect, the Introducer consents to Citibank disclosing the Introducer’s name if the client requests for the Introducer’s identity. The Introducers will only receive their Points if the new-to-bank Citibank clients consent to Citibank informing the Introducer of the new-to-bank Citibank clients’ successful opening of the account with Citibank. |

| 10. |
The Introducers will not be informed if their referrals are unsuccessful. |
|
|
| 11. |
The following terms and conditions apply to the Gifts: |

| 11.1 |
The Gifts to be redeemed under this Program are subject to its own set of terms and conditions as may be stipulated by the participating merchants and/or supplier and is subject to availability. If the participating merchants and/or supplier is unable to supply the Gifts to Citibank, Citibank reserves the right at its discretion to substitute the Gifts with other products of similar retail value at any time with notice. |

| 11.2 |
The Gifts are not exchangeable for cash, credit or kind, in part or in full. |

| 11.3 |
2.2Any risk of loss or damage to the Gifts passes to the Introducers upon physical delivery of the Gifts to the Introducers. Citibank shall not be liable for or obliged to recognize or replace any lost, damaged or stolen Gifts where such loss or damage in respect of the Gifts was not due to the willful default and/or gross negligence of Citibank. For avoidance of doubt, Citibank reserves the right as it thinks fit to substitute the vouchers of participating merchants with other gifts at any time. |

| 12. |
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Citibank expressly excludes and disclaims any representations, warranties or endorsements, expressed or implied, written or oral, including but not limited to, any warranty of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, in respect of the Gifts. |
|
|
| 13. |
Citibank shall not be liable for any default in respect of the Program due to any act of God, war, riot, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm, epidemic or pandemic, technical or systems failure or any event beyond the reasonable control of Citibank. |
|
|
| 14. |
Citibank’s decision on all matters relating to the Program including the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions and the determination of the Introducers and new-to-bank Citibank clients will be final and binding and no correspondence or attempt to dispute such decision would be entertained. |
|
|
| 15. |
This campaign shall be subject to the regulations, directives and guidelines of Bank Negara Malaysia, the Association of Banks, Malaysia and such other relevant regulatory bodies. |
|
|
| 16. |
Citibank reserves the right at its own discretion to vary or change any of these terms and conditions from time to time or cancel, terminate, withdraw or suspend the Promotion and/or replace this Promotion with another similar promotion or program with prior notice. Such variation, changes, cancellation, termination, withdrawal or suspension will be notified by posting on Citibank’s website at www.citibank.com.my or in any other manner as Citibank deems fit. In this respect, your participation in this Promotion also signifies your agreement to access the website at regular intervals to view these terms and conditions and to ensure that they are kept up-to-date with any variations or changes which Citibank may effect from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination, withdrawal or suspension by Citibank of the Promotion will not entitle you to any compensation against Citibank for any and all loss or damage that may be suffered or incurred by you as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, withdrawal or suspension. |

| 17. |
Any term and condition applicable to the Program which is illegal, prohibited or unenforceable under any law or regulation shall be ineffective to the extent of such illegality, voidness, prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions. |

| 18. |
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. |
